Delial.design ("we," "us," or "our"), the provider of ShuMag (the "App"), recognizes the importance of users' personal information and data, and handles it appropriately. This Policy explains how we handle the information we collect when you use the App.
This Policy is an English translation of the original Japanese Privacy Policy. If there is any difference between the two, the Japanese version prevails.
1. Information We Collect
When you use the App, we collect the following information.
- Account information: your email address (for signing in and restoring your data)
- Information registered on your board: the name of your family (board), your kids' names and icons, the names, colors, and contact details of places, the names of drivers, and the details, times, and notes of events, including images attached to notes
- Purchase and subscription information: your subscription purchases and status (obtained through the App Store and RevenueCat). We never collect payment details such as credit card numbers.
- Contact information: the name, email address, and message you provide when you contact us
- Usage information: how the App is opened and how its features are used (such as placing magnets and using invites), and information about your device (such as the model and OS version). We collect this through an analytics tool to improve the service. It never includes information registered on your board, such as your kids' names or the details of events.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide the App's features (showing and editing the board, sharing and syncing it with your family)
- To provide and manage subscriptions
- To respond to inquiries
- To find problems and improve the service
- To send you important notices
3. Event Notifications
The App's event notifications are "local notifications" that run on your device. We do not send the details of your events to our servers or any third party's servers for notifications.
4. Sharing Data with Family Members
Family members who join with an invite code share the information on the same board. The scope and permissions of sharing (view only or can edit) are set by the person who sends the invite.
5. Third-Party Services
The App uses the following third-party services. Please also see each company's privacy policy for how they handle information.
- Supabase (data storage, authentication, and syncing)
- RevenueCat / Apple App Store (subscription management and payments)
- PostHog (usage analytics; information registered on your board is never sent)
Payments are made through the Apple App Store, and we never store payment details such as credit card numbers.
6. Analytics and Advertising on This Website
The App's website (shumag.online) uses the following tools. These tools use cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as the pages you view, when you view them, and the type of device and browser you use. This does not include information that identifies you, such as your name or email address.
- Google Analytics (Google LLC): to understand and improve how the website is used
- LINE Yahoo Ads measurement tags (LY Corporation): to measure the effect of ads and to show ads to people who have visited this website
The collected information is handled under each company's privacy policy. You can stop this use by turning off cookies in your browser settings, or from the pages below.

7. Sharing with Third Parties
We do not share personal information with third parties without your consent, except in the following cases.
- When required by law
- When necessary to protect a person's life, body, or property
- When a public authority requests disclosure through proper procedures
8. Data Storage and Deletion
You can delete your account from within the App. When you delete your account, the personal information linked to it and the data we manage are deleted, unless we are required by law to keep them.
Images attached to notes are deleted 13 months after the date of the event. The event itself stays on the board. When you delete an event, or when a board is removed because its account is deleted, the images are also deleted within two days.
9. Requests for Access, Correction, or Deletion
If you ask us to disclose, correct, or delete your own personal information, we will respond promptly within a reasonable scope.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may review and change this Policy as needed. Changes take effect when they are posted on this page.
